    bought players unknown battleground and it was bad so can i please have a refund.i bought the game 2 days ago when it came out.

    Bought game want refund game sucks!

    Games on Demand are non-refundable. My best advice is being more cautious in the future and read more reviews to see if you would like the game before buying it.

    yeah there are no refunds on anything bought and downloaded from the marketplace as they have NO way to tell if you have deleted it after you were to get any kind of refund.

    Keep in mind that the game is in preview and is not a fully finished game. If you do want a refund you would have to contact support and speak to billing. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or Contact Us | Xbox Support
