Want a refund

I first got fallout 4 digital deluxe a few months ago I don't how many but I know I haven't played in the last 2-3 months and when I did play it it was fun but I eventually stopped for a while cause my free time was tight so some things had to get put on
the backburner. So when two weeks ago my free time was suddenly free again I figured I would play and finish it. But it would not work so now I have spent two weeks un-installing and re-installing that game and now I'm sick and tired of it and was wondering
if I could get my money back?

support.xbox.com/contact-us Keep in mind that everything on the marketplace does state that there are no refunds, so there is no guarantee they will give one.

Also, keep in mind that in order to play original Xbox games, you need an official MS hard drive.

both my husband and I paid for and downloaded grand theft auto san andreas. we each paid $15.99. we are unable to play the game and just want our money back.
