He is scamming people out of money by getting credit card numbers or Xbox Live gift cards. If you do not accept PayPal, I will send
    you a gift card for $50 AFTER I have verified the information is true and this person is arrested for committing fraud. Florida State Police cybercrimes division has been contacted, but will not release his name. If he is a minor, his mother and/or father
    needs to be contacted.

    Do you play Diablo 3? Want free loot?

    If you play online you'll get random drops that are listed as "gifts for *insert friends gamertag here*" and those can only be deleted or sent to that person to identify. The legendary unknown drops you receive are for you, but when you unlock them their stats are based on your level that you identify them as.

    I don't think Xbox Live would also allow you to post email addresses on the forums. If he is scamming users, you should
    File a Complaint against him. I'm not sure if contacting law enforcement will help.

    XBL Gift cards the victims are outta luck. The card makers won't do anything if you gave him the number. Credit cards you can dispute. Don't give anyone any codes or numbers you want to keep over XBL.

    You can't remove the numbers in your gamertag they help identify the account and it's a new way to help them so they changed the gamertag system to a new one but if you want you can change your gamertag but I don't think it will be much help
