Snap feature

Sorry to hear it. As for the snap issue, try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down. Perhaps that will fix the issue with the screen going black.

quality looks really good.... I watched a FIFA stream by some devs the other night... well know the quality of the stream is also reliant on your upload speed... was watching some killzone last night and it looked un-watchable on most of the streams... not
sure if the speed or the app that was making the difference... I am sure there will be some sloppy looking streams for the X1 this week anyways

 

My upload is less than 1mb, so I probably won't be able to broadcast.

 

i watched major nealson earlier and he was broadcasting the xb1 twitch app tests ur speed then sets it to the best picture streaming level

 

After the update that I've been testing, my Upload is getting up to 35mbs up on the latest connection test on the systems settings.

 

Quality is def there... now I know why the other console did not look as good... the XB1 maxes out at 1280 X 720 FPS and PS4 is only 960 X 540

Sort of glad they held it back from release day to refine it...

 

Saw Major Nelsons' Twitch stream yesterday. Very impressed with the quality and the options available with it.

Thought it would be rubbish after experiencing Twitch on my other console. It's very poor quality.

One thing that concerns me is if the Xbox One will suffer the same, crass, disgusting, perverse, (you name it they say it) comments that utterly dominate every single stream I've seen on the PS4, because if it does I wont be hanging about on twitch for long.

 

any word if the XB1 will have bots for chat that auto delete or having the ability to only post on chat of a follower? well... we will find out in a week...

 

I saw MN's stream last night too - he's not that good, IMO, but it was nice to see the tech work rather flawlessly. I love the pause screen, BTW - it fits my galactic sensibilities.

 

Looks really good. I was expecting something on par with the Playstation version, it's nice to see it's better. I hope there's some sort of indicator saying if something is not streaming or not. I hate how when I was streaming on the PS4, some games wouldn't
have sound because the developer blocked it. I think it was Battlefield? Can't remember.

Major is legit not that great. He doesn't really want to be though. He's like me and just wants to have fun.

My party and I stumbled upon and played with Major and E in Halo Reach one night and played with them for a few matches and wasn't really...good, but he was always that guy who was driving the wart hog and managing to pull off crazy jumps and moves. He was
having a blast for real. Exactly my play style.

 

as long as its better than ps4's thats all i care about
