    Carefull all you Horizon 1 Fan's, I just ran into this awful bully with a few of his club member's...cant even remember the name of the club so sorry about that, they are not very good players anyway but I will update if I have the bad luck of running into
    them again.

    So here is what happened...I bought one of those glowing paint jobs in the exchange & this guy (XTX YAMAHA11) sends me a nasty voicemail while trying to be polite...telling me that he and his buddies were going to report me for modding. I Ttried to explain
    to him it was a purchase but this guy is high on his horse, of course if I am the one in the wrong by buying the paint job then I apologize myself but I don't think it makes me a modder. I shrugged it off but got pissed after thinking about it. How many other's
    who are just trying to play has he harassed or even worse, got banned due to his false reporting. So watch out for this Wanabe who thinks he's the law. #REALIGNORANT

    Have You Ever Attended A Video Game Convention?

    I would like to if there ever was one nearby... I know MLG holds some of their circuits in Dallas (about a 30min drive), despite me hating those mlg wanabe kids who we run into on xbox; i bet they give away a lot of free stuff so that is a plus.

    Yes; it looks a bit more for the police but that is because we had too many people wanting to be civilians and not enough police were present, so we strengthened the police side to make sure we have the whole area covered. I take on the NYPD's patrol style:
    "Saturate a large area with as many officers as possible". We took Aviation out because we couldn't find anyone who would do it right. Plus we patrolled around in precincts, so the area was covered by ground units. Also, FDLC was useless IMO and the clan's
    because of what I said in a previous thread.

    You also showed that you had a detective bureau. Where are the detectives?
