    Stop giving Walmart the xboxs, in stock and they refuse to sell them till black Friday just to draw in crowds for there own gains. Also... I personally know of 2 employees that bought them on launch day and sold them for over 800.00.

    I wasted a lot of time and gas on Walmart trying to purchase a single console for my family. Done buying anything from Walmart after this deal!!!

    Microsoft does not offer any protection/assistance for purchases made through authorized Device Resellers

    I was under the impression that Walmart was a retailer of xbox. As stated this purchase was from Walmart directly (sold and shipped by walmart), not a third party through walmart.

    Thank you for reaching out to the forum. I would recommend going to Walmart Customer Service for information and questions regarding
    filling a complaint.
    Talked to the store manager personally, told me they did have them, but still refused to sell me one and showed no concern besides telling me there was nothing they could do..

    There wasn't even a surprised look when telling them about there employees...

    Any other suggestions are more than welcome!!!

    Hi paitonbertschy,

    Was it a printed game card on a receipt from Walmart? This is likely human error on the part of Walmart and not Xbox and it is likely you were sold the wrong voucher by the member of staff. This is an issue for Walmart not Xbox.

    What was it that you wanted and what was sold to you?

    i used to work for walmart, they don't get brand new xbox's most of the time, they always come from secondary sellers that have sold broken products or have just gotten lucky in scamming walmart for xbox's that could be a brick. don't buy xbox one's from
    walmart, id rather go with microsoft or best buy
