Walmart not supporting free game with xbox one puchase

So I got cut off by tech chat for 4 hours today. Disappointing for xbox support. So Xbox is having a sale from 7 sept to 13 sept if you buy a xbox live you get a free game. I go to Wal Mart at 500 N Hwy 90 Bypass, Sierra Vista, AZ 85635 (520) 458-8790
and bought Xbox One Serial Number: [Mod Removed]. The store manager refused to honor the sale. I spent four hours on chat trying to get a tech to verify the purchase and give me online purchase. I got cut off every time after 34 minute q times. If anyone
knows a solution for this customer service issue (which is rare) my email is [Mod Removed]. I have a feeling I will not be the only one getting the shaft by wal mart this week.

look, I'm looking for some females to play some Xbox with, I got COD, bioshock, shadow of mordor, fortnite, battlefront, borderlands 2 and gears of war 4. I'm always down to puchase another game. Feel free to add me

I would recommend returning the console and/or showing these to the manager of that store:

Those are directly from their website and clearly shows that Walmart is honoring the promotion. Now, depending on the bundle they may only honor with certain consoles, but either way this would be something you would want to contact Walmart corporate about
to report the store.

Xbox support would not be able to assist with this because of the fact the purchase is from a retailer, not from Xbox. If you wish Xbox to assist you with it, I recommend returning the console and ordering from the Microsoft Store website.
