Walmart dosnt want to refund me a bad disc of rdr2 i need help :(

This is completely between you & Wallmart as that's where you bought the game from.

It's noting to do with Microsoft/Xbox & they will definitely not give you a digital copy of the game.

A lot of places wont give you a refund on a game if the box was opened unless the disc is actually faulty.The stores refund policy should be on the receipt somewhere,usually on the back.

As the others have mentioned,you will need to work with Wallmarts customer support/care.

Hi there you need to get in touch with the retail customer care team of walmart I don't think mircosoft will gift you a code or anything like that.

Could microsoft give me a digit code for it please i could give picture to prove

i paid for it i have the bill with price&date on it

As mentioned by many ambassadors, you will need to contact the store for a refund/exchange. Microsoft is unable to provide a digital copy to replace a physical copy. I will be locking this thread as it has been answered.

Store will only replace video games, they will not refund the money for any reason. So if your just looking to replace the game then you should speak to a manager at the store.
