downloaded walking dead season pass to console, the only option i see to play season 2 is to buy the season. any suggestions on what i need to do?

I have the walking dead game episode 2 or season2 or whatever season pass, 2nd episode came out today. where it should ay download (from inside the game yes.) it has a red circle-slashed. what gives?

Unfortunately S2E2 doesn't come out for Xbox 360 until tomorrow. Only Mac/PC & PS3 versions were released today.

 

On my xbox 360 it says I can download episode 2 yet when I hit the button it gives me an error message, are you saying that's because I have to wait until tomorrow?

 

so ive bought the seasons pass for TWD seasons 2 thats it... episode 2 is now officially released via xbox marketplace my problem being that despite the fact that ive bought the season pass ep.2-5 free it is in fact not free on the marketplace it has 2 options
for me,

1. buy the full game....

2. buy episode 2 separably ?

im so confused because wouldn't this follow the same marketing concept as The Wolf Among Us??

please xbox admins and expertise help this customer out and save his time to go crying for a refund from microsoft.

 

I bought season pass for Telltale Games Walking Dead season 2. Have DL'd and played epi 1 and 2. Is epi 3 ready for DL or not? Billing message says unable to retrieve my cc info. If I have already paid for the season pass, what does this matter?

 

Same problem DiplexOrpheus75, I finally was able to get an error code 83820065. After going throuhg a few links I found that it is an issue that many are currently having and they are supposedly working on it. Under xbox live service alerts it currently
says:

Purchase and Content Usage Limited

Affected services:

Buying downloadable items

Using prepaid cards or codes for downloadable items or Xbox Live subscriptions
