Walking dead episode 3 achievements

I recently completed walking dead season 2 episode 3 and earned all achievements. They showed as completed when picked on the games achievement folder with time stamps and everything. However on the main screen it showed 200/300. I contacted support and
they had me delete/redownload my profile. Now, not only does it still show 200/300 the episode achievements have relocked. Support told me to post here to have this resolved. Dispite my urging that nothing ever gets resolved here I was told cases like this
are resolved quickly. Hopefully I'm proven wrong and given a solution.

Have you tried to redownload the Episode? If don't, try to do it and also delete the cache of the HDD.

 

I haven't tried redownloading the episode but I did clear the cache already.

 

I knew the guy at support was lying to me. I told him I never get any help here and I was right. He also said his "supervisor" would look into this and get back to me right away. What bs.

 

We are just gamers like you,we give up some of our free time to help out fellow gamers.When/if someone has a solution to your problem they will post it but it may take a few days so you need to be a little patient.

Your not the first person i've heard of having this issue so it may be a problem with the game itself.

It might be worth contacting the games developers or visiting their forums to see if there is a solution there.

Hi SavageGladiator, the problem you had is due to the fact you played the game before the achievements were added to xbox.com, to resolve the issue you redownload your profile to your xbox, and play the content again. The achievements should now unlock
correctly.

 

Well that's lame that they didn't add the achievements a day after the game came out. It came out on the 14th and I played on the 15th.

 

Actually the achievements were not put on xbox.com until the 16th, I checked the website on the 15th and the achievements were still not on the site.
