Wake up not working Xbox app for android

Discus and support Wake up not working Xbox app for android in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I got the latest update for the app and I can't wake up my Xbox one now , i just tried like 5 times and I get the same error, i double checked all...     Wake up not working Xbox app for android


    I got the latest update for the app and I can't wake up my Xbox one now , i just tried like 5 times and I get the same error, i double checked all settins and are ok

    Yes, all up to date. And weirdly enough.. i've installed the PC Gamepass App on my Windows Laptop... AND the controller does not work on their either. Strange! This controller works fine if i use the XBox Gamepass app via android devices.

    Hey there!

    It sounds like you've exhausted most good troubleshooting steps, and that it is indeed an issue with the app. I haven't heard of issue like this on the Android version of the app.

    I know you can sign up for the beta app on Android... I know you'd just like it to work, so have you considered looking into the iOS XBox (beta) app may fix your issue?
