50 hours ago i recieved a message that my forced name change was overturned and that i would get my tag back within 24 hours.

That was on Monday, April 27th at 6:39am. Searched everywhere no way to reclaim it. Have been told it should revert but it has not. Was told it could take a total of 48 hours. Now it has been more than twice as long as notification said it would take. It
stated that name change was unwarranted and that the decision to change my name was overturned. Is this not an automated system that goes into effect after a review is conducted?

The email i recieved states to not reply as it is unmonitored. Support staff is unable to do anything with xbox live enforcement actions. This is what i recieved. With how it is worded i can't make sense of it.

Thank you for not being any help. Found out that it was due to my name being over 12 characters long. Only had to talk to support for 5 hours.

Old username was 15 characters. New usernames can only be 12 or less characters. Why did they stipulate 24 hours when it has taken nearly 56 hours now? How can i actually contact xbox live enforcement? Or actually reach a human on the support side because
this virtual assistant thing is literal garbage.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you are having issue with a gamer tag overturned. Unfortunately, no on here on the forums can help with this. Enforcement doesn't use the forums either. We recommend if you received an email to follow
up by email. Also remember as things are hectic support things may take a little longer in these times.
