cant login on xbox live on windows 10

Xbox Live Service Status | Xbox Live Service Outage the problem is on there side just a matter of waiting now till they fix it

Yeah but what does the waiting status mean and will it affect if it gets refunded beacause i know it will get a refund based on the email.

You’re lucky. Mine has been declined stating past the time limit although it’s been 7 days and the policy states 14.

Good to hear your refund request has already been accepted. Now, it will take 5-7 business days for the funds to reflect in your bank account however, this timeline may vary depending on your bank's policy so kindly check it from time to time.

It is possible that there may be a delay in updating the status of your refund on the order history website but if it's already refunded in your email, please be assured that you should expect to see the funds credited back to your card within 5-7 business days.
