Waiting for replaced controller.

I sent off my Xbox One controller on the 28th of October (last week Tuesday). How long do I have to wait for the new one to arrive? I remember I received my new headset in just a couple of days and I had to send that off to the Czech Republic not Frankfurt,
Germany which is actually closer. I wanted to purchase and play CoD: AW the day it came out, but without a controller I can't play Without a controller I can't even access my One even though I have a Kinect because it wants me to press "A" to update the
console because I'm a preview member. The email says up to 20 working days, let's hope I don't have to wait till the end of the month... I don't want to miss out on CoD AW or Halo MCC, I can't play with my buddies.

Thank you for the responses. It was indeed the controller. Replaced it with the new Lunar Controller!

 

Left bumper won't work on brand new controller.

I wanted to add that this is the Day-One edition controller. If it got replaced, it'd probably get replaced with a standard Xbox One controller, which is irritating.

Xbox one has by far the WORST controller EVER out of any console I've ever tried! I have been an Xbox fan since day one. I've had a total of 4 Xbox consoles. I just took back three controllers for the same left thumb stick problem, in the span of two weeks.
It snaps, clicks, and sticks while playing any kind of sports games. They are just made so cheaply. The plastic feels like it is going to fall apart in my hands, my hands aren't big, and I haven't been a fisherman all my life or anything. So my hands aren't
overly strong. But still it constantly feels more lose every time I use it. And I own 4. PS4 is starting to look better every time I pick up a controller. I think a switch my be in order. Sorry Microsoft... But for over all quality... You did something in
your bed that no one would be happy to clean up.
