Waiting for refund since November

In november 2019 i bought an xbox controller for 76 dollars from Microsoft store on Xbox but the next day it went on sale for about 50 dallars so i returned the first controller i got and got the cheaper one. But then the next day after that the same
controller went down lower to 40 dollars so i again returned the more expensive controller for the cheaper one. My problem is ive only gotten a refund for one of the controllers ive sent back.

No one in the forums can assist with refunds. You'll have to work with the Microsoft store directly about the refund.

I just don't get it it's always the same response "check your email", "check your spam folder", I'm not a computer-illiterate idiot. It's been over 6 months just send me the frigging points already!!!

spam, junk and trash folders! Let me know.
