Waiting For My Refund

I was told that I'd been approved for my refund in an email yet I haven't gotten my money back in my account. The game being refunded was bought with account credit if that helps.

It can usually take about 3-5 days for a refund to be issued after receiving that email. If it's been longer than that, you may want to reply to the email you received to contact the refund specialists, or contact support and speak to billing. http://support.xbox.com/contact-us

Hi there,

First thing that you would want to do is go into your Microsoft Account https://account.microsoft.com/billing to see if the refund request was actually process.
Refunds should take between three to five business days to reach your financial institution.
Also, when you say "He" did you talk to somebody from support? Support no longer handles refund requests.

You dont you can give thwm the transaction number but thr bank wont do anything till they proccess it

For international transactions it does take time upto 90days

You will have to pay any pending charges as per your user aggreement with your bank
