Thank you to the mod who edited my post. I will provide any info you need in helping me resolve my issue with not getting what I paid for. It seems microsoft likes to short change their customers and not give them what they paid for. I am happy to see that

Please keep in mind that it takes 7-10 days to receive a code from the day you redeemed your code. Because you purchase a digital code from another retailer you wouldn't have been able to redeem it until yesterday. If you still don't receive a code by the
