    Enforcement action

    I have asked for the case to be reviewed so waiting on an answer. Will they be able to give me details on what they investigated and what he did wrong? Could it be simply from swearing?

    Information about the Preview Disc using the Title Update (Updated 9/23/11)

    I haven't received an email either. Tonight I called Xbox support about not receiving a code and they escalated my case to be reviewed. It'll take about 7-14 business days for them to get back to me. Looks like I'll be waiting for a while still, but at least
    it's a step towards getting the code.

    If you are talking about case reviews in
    http://enforcement.xbox.com    , they generally take a week (according to other users).

    The forums are unable to further assist with Enforcement matters, as the XBLPET do not browse the forums.

    If you have opened a case review an as you mentioned you are being unfairly accused, you only need to wait for the response on the case review, Enforcement team has lots of case review request so it might take some time for you to get a response on the case review but is necessary to wait for it as support can't help you on Enforcement actions

    The only way to have the enforcement team review the suspension is by submitting a case review at http;//enforcement.xbox.com If a case review is not eligible, all you can do is wait it out.

    Hi there, here is where you can sign into your account and view more info about the status of any enforcement action on your account.

    If the enforcement action was set to end today but you still have not received all privileges restored on your account, we're afraid you'll need to wait a bit longer. For example, it can take up to 24 hours for communication privileges
    to be restored on your account if you received a communication suspension.

    Yep,thats correct.If the enforcement action was over 12 months ago you can't file for a case review.
