Waiting for MLB Game Announcement

Will gladly move on from Xbox One if an MLB game isn't announced. As a sports fan and baseball fan, it is an absolute joke that MS gives baseball the cold shoulder, and it gets no attention on this forum because most people on here don't know much about
sports/follow sports resulting in little interest in sports games. X1 has received great updates and I've enjoyed it, but it's exclusives are boring and far from persuading me from selling the console and getting a PS4, where most of my friends have already
gone because of this. I'll give it a month or two, then I'm out.

Future baseball game on X1

I've been patiently waiting for a new MVP game. MLB Show was the only game that made me almost buy a PS3 and PS4 but I decided to be patient with xbox instead since it has everything else I want besides baseball. Ea did release MVP in Korea last year so
essentially they just need to port to X1 with MLB players and stadiums. Maybe they'll give a surprise announcement in early 2014. (www.operationsports.com/.../ea-sports-mvp-baseball-online-video-only-coming-to-korea).

Lets see... I follow sports and have been for years. I am positive I know more about sports than you. Have fun playing on PS4.

 

there is always RBI baseball lol. people stopped making them because they don't sell well. Sony makes the show because its big in japan. Baseball isn't as popular here as it used to be, its all about the NFL now. Same way soccer is big in the UK and baseball
is big in japan.

 

If you really want a baseball game maybe you should get a ps4 even if Xbox gets one it won't be as good as the show is on playstation. The last real baseball game on Xbox MLB 2k forget the year wasn't very good

 

Why should MS waste money on a game that doesn't sell well.

Let's just keep coming out with *** games like Sunset Overdrive or Thief for all the weird

people in their mom's basement playing video games ... I don't understand "gamers" at all. Oh wait, how about another zombie game where we kill zombies over and over again for fun! Let's get another one of those!

 

Still would sell better than a baseball game.

 

Yeah you're probably right. Isn't that sad what the world has come to. Dads, please introduce your kids to sports before video games. Thanks

maybe you shouldn't be so angry? you'll never get a good response. as far as sports goes you have madden, fifa, 2 NBA games, 2 racing games, RBI baseball, UFC, and KSR there are plenty of sports games. MLB games just don't sell. 2k used to make them and
stopped for that reason, they are boring its nothing to do with sports in general, its just baseball.

 

I have to agree with Split, it is BS there is no baseball game on the Xbox one. RBI was cool back on the day but as a serious baseball game it won't cut it.
