Hi i Watched the halo world championship 2018 finals stream was signed in with my account and i still waiting for the Pack of voices can you help me with this issue?

 

Halo 5 Voices Of War Mixpot Pack

Hello!

I’d like to ask about the Halo 5 VoW REQ Pack that was announced at a Mixpot event for the HWC Seattle Finals. They said that if you watched on that day with a linked Microsoft account, you should expect the pack within the week.

I watched the event on the Mixer app, with a Mixer account created off my Microsoft account. It’s been over a week, and I still don’t have the pack. Why?
