    Hey, Lee!

    You will need to wait 7-10 days after purchasing Halo Wars 2: Ultimate Edition to receive your Halo Wars Definitive Edition code from the service. This is automatically done and cannot be bypassed.

    If it hits day 11 and you still do not have your code, please do post a new thread so that we can look into it further from there. Thanks for understanding!
