    I have now been waiting for a confirmation on my application ( to set up my twitter account ) for over 24 hours.

    No, application to be able to respond through twitter, the problem is at xbox.

    Ok just thought more info was needed. Just looked it up and it seems to be an ambassador thing. Never been an ambassador but I think there is a support forum just for ambassadors. Here on the general forum it is highly unlikely you will get an official response.
