    hey my name is Brandon and I have downloaded fallout 4 back in June 11 2016 for free and Xbox revoked everybody lincese for the game cause a glitch in y'all system..I received a message from Xbox about $10 deposit in everybody account but I never received
    it but I got the message about but never got the $10 and lost my fallout bundle. That's not fair

    hi, i pre-ordered fallout 4 on the 9th of november and i haven't received my code for a free copy of fallout 3. the recommended waiting period was 10 days and its been 10 days. can you please look into this for me? thanks

    Hey Brandon!

    If you were notified that you would be receiving funds, that CSV would have been deposited directly into your Microsoft Account. The entitlement for the Fallout 4 was revoked from everyone who obtained it without purchasing. Unfortunately as the promotion
    is a year old, we are unable to assist further.
