Waited for my Halo 5 voice pack

I watched the Halo 5 Worlds and did not get the free voice pack. I then posted on Mixer forum but got a generic email repeating the “steps to get mix pot” I am aware of these steps after reading the forums. However, I still don’t have the req pack. What
do I do now? How do I get a “yes” or “no” in regards to knowing if qualified for this pack? Thanks.

I have not received the pack of voices of war of halo 5 guardians to see the transmission of the fin

I waited a lot and I did not receive the mixpot from the war voices pack of halo 5 guardians, I saw all the transmission and I did not get the reward

 

I didn’t got my voice pack from the event

i was waiting for my voice pack of halo 5 and didn’t got mine

 

we're in the same boat unfortunately, i didnt get my code either

 

Still waiting on a response Microsoft Staff.....
