    Waisted 2 and half hour with XBox Customer no service


    Bought new Xbox one sealed from Walmart .

    Advertised on box 12 month of Ea access included .

    Tried to activate code and got error message code expired.

    After talking to EA sports found out Microsoft is the one to talk too and guess what they refused to stand by the advertisement on the Xbox package saying the retailer had box on the shelf for too long and code inside expired despite another code for 14
    days Xbox gold live did not expired .

    Never again buying Microsoft product will be returning the Xbox one tomorrow.

    Graphical Glitches - hardware issue?

    Hate to say this but send it in. Had the same problems and they actually get worse as you play. Customer service told me it is an issue with the Xbox. Good luck with customer service though. It has been a week and a half and still no Xbox with the advance
    exchange program.

    Edit time expired: After 2 hours in the chat queue, then half an hour talking to a rep then a manager, I was informed there would be no compensation for my troubles and I would indeed have to wait at least a week to get a replacement.

    I've been loyal to Xbox for over 10 years and this is the treatment I, and all loyal customers with a problem, receive. MS gave us a broken product and basically tells us it's our problem.

    As for Mechanical Noise giving us Service Unavailable... I was told to call customer service to place the repair order. Wow...
