Wacky Xbox

I had this problem before but my xbox works something and then a long time it's just doesn't work like it should do.

The first thing he says hi *gamertag*

He should auto login after that but doesn't do that

and after that he won't log me in and when I finally can login. I can't login to my games. And he is very slow in loading things.

This is what it says our service isn't working properly but that is not the issue I think because I don't see anybody else having this problem.

Sorry to hear it's not working as expected. So, when you're starting it up, is it from being fully powered down, or is it in a low power state? And when you say it should auto login, are you saying it's at a black screen, or that it takes a while to load
all the tiles/personalization/pins/etc?

And when you say it won't let you log into your games, does it give you an error? If so what does that error say? Are you able to eventually get into the games?

The answers to the questions will help us determine the next best troubleshooting steps to resolve what issues you're having.
