Здравствуйте, у меня такая проблема: привязал к аккаунту Xbox карту "Виртуальная карта QIWI" сняло около 300 российских рублей но картой так пользоваться и не могу! Можете решить эту проблему или вернуть деньги.

Здравствуйте, приобретая бесплатные 14 дней xbox game pass я вовремя не отключил периодическое выставление счетов, после выставленного счета уже не было возможности отменить данную услугу (и аннулировать выставленный
счет ) пока я не оплачу выставленный счет на месяц, я оплатил и выключил периодическое выставление счетов, но хотел бы чтобы вы отменили платеж.

У меня стоит автоматическое выставление счета на подписку Xbox Live Gold на год. А я забыл и оплатил ее. Теперь в журнале заказов у меня числится 2 купленные подписки. Одна, которую я оплатил(Статус выполнено) и одна с выставленного счета(Статус Ожидание).
Как отменить подписку у которой статус ожидание?

No, I did not make any purchases. The money was withdrawn as soon as I tied the card, but I could not buy it with the help of it. It is not displayed through the xbox. Although through the computer in my account it is visible.

You will need to fill out the
refund request form. You can continue to follow up with the emails the agents from the request refund will send you. Also if you are not sure what the charge is for you may request a call back.

When you go to
Contact Us to get it to request a callback follow these steps:

• Step 1 ----select Xbox One
• Step 2 ----select no thanks, then select category system update
• Step 3-----gives some troubleshooting or help tips
  
• Step 4 ----select request a call from support

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you.
