Vudu wont play on xbox one

Not familiar with that error message on Xbox so it seems like an error message coming from the Vudu app itself. There are a few troubleshooting steps to try. First, you need to

power cycle the Xbox. Hold down the power button on the console until it shuts down and then remove the power cord from the console and the power outlet. Leave the console unplugged for 5 minutes and then try again.

If the issue remains, then you should uninstall/re-install the app.
