    VUDU playback issues


    I am getting the message "unable to start playback. Please try again later, or contact VUDU costumer care for help." after about 7 and half minutes for movie in my collection that are on my ultraviolet account. I have contacted VUDU support and they did
    everything that they could think of. Is anyone else having this issue? What can I do to fix this issue?

    I have the same problem but its on my 360. Vudu on my one works just fine but all movies on my 360 get the "playback issues" any fixes??

    All movies in Cinemanow show "play unavailable"

    I am having the same problem with Cinema Now ultraviolet movies in my library stating "playback unavailable." Until this is fixed, I recommend using Vudu for playback of all ultraviolet titles.

    Hey OneHorn21,

    After digging around, it looks like the VUDU app may not support 3D playback through the app on Xbox One. I recommend checking in with
    VUDU Support to inquire further as it is up to the developer of the app to include that functionality in their app.

    I've gotten that twice now with Vudu and Transformers on Xbox One. Xbox 360 works perfect. So far the movie has crashed twice after clicking "Ok" and trying again. Why does Vudu stink on the One?
