VUDU App not letting me purchase movies

vudu not working

my vudu app is not letting me sign in it gives me a message vudu not avilable at the moment contact customer service its been like this for several weeks now please help this is the second time i posted this and still no answer.

Movie trailers gone?!?!

With the research I did. It can be a few things. One, it could be the Kinect (if you have one) since it takes a lot of processing power. Another is that it could be a simple connection. Reset the router or delete and re-download the app. Another possibility
and the most likely one is that it's something on there end. Hopefully this can be a quick fix for you. If not please message me back.

How do you claim your UV movies in the U.K? Do you also have the main uvvu.com site? (two V's)

Do you also have other sites that let you link your uvvu accounts?

In the U.S we have the flixster and vudu app. Flixster is crap now because of some HDCP that doesn't allow HD via component for me.

Vudu works perfectly.

Do you happen to also have the Vudu app in the U.K? If you do, this would be your best choice. Vudu is normally one of those apps where you rent movies or buy them digitally...but they also let you sync your UVVU account so every movie code you redeem, you
could also watch it on your consoles.

You have to address it with vudu as thr purchase was made thru them

In app purchases are thru the vendor as per the refund policy

If they couldn't proccess it then no ms can't do anything about it

If it had been a xbox store purchase then you can contact xbox

But since it's a vudu same with Disney plus or google YouTube premium purchase (now that Google movies is gone )

You have to address the library with them
