Vudu App connection timeout for at least 5 days straight

Hi,

For the past several days I have been unable to use the Vudu app on my Xbox One. This is the new Vudu app that was released about 2 weeks ago. When I attempt to open the app, it tries to connect to the Vudu server and then times out. I have tried doing
a full reboot of my xbox, also uninstalling Vudu, doing a full reboot, and reinstalling but nothing helps. I emailed Vudu support yesterday but so far have gotten only crickets. What's going on with Vudu on Xbox?

How to get a refund on a digital movie rental?

Did a digital movie rental on the App Vudu. For 20 minutes straight, it never would start and give me a "network error message, check back later". Restarted both Xbox One and Router to ensure nothing on my end was wrong. Even went on the Wifi and Computer
to confirm connection was solid.

Going thru the Xbox environment trying to submit for a refund has been challenging to say the least. Any insight on how to submit for help or refund?

YouTube, Vudu, and system lock up

I have the same issues, 90mbps down/15mbps up connection.

When playing Vudu movies the app will just suddenly crash and go to the xbox one home screen. Relaunching the app and then the movie takes me back to the beginning of the movie. I am unable to watch a single movie without it crashing at least 6 times.

Sadly, Vudu is fully under the control of Vudu themselves. After having gone rounds and rounds with them about the previous version of the app, it became apparent that they didn't really care about making the app work. Let's hope that this has changed with
the update.

name 3 in the last 3 years that straight up are fun to play 4-5 hours a day every day for at least a year this should be fun.
