Vudu app and multiple charges

You may also want to consider contacting
Vudu since it is their app and these are where the purchases are made. There may be an issue within the app that is duplicating the charges. We are sorry for the way the refunds work. The wait is usually from the banks themselves. Do you get this duplicate
charge from purchasing directly from Microsoft store or any other app? If not then there is most likely something going on with the Vudu app.

Thanks for keeping us updated with your replies. In regard to the charges you're receiving from orders via the Vudu app, have you been able to log into your Microsoft account to

view your purchase history to see if the charges are listed there? If the charges are listed there, then you should be able to

request a refund for the additional charges that you received. Should you not see multiple charges for the same item listed in your Microsoft account, then you would need to reach out to Vudu to see if they can reverse them or contact your financial institution
to have them taken care of.

• Scroll down, Click on Contact Us
  
• Step 2 : Select a Category, then See other options
  
• Step 3 : Select your Issue/Topic

  • Select – Call me back or chat with Xbox Support
    

If you do not see the selection that you wish to use for contact, then switch topics until it becomes available.

I have 2gbps up and down , it's not a network issue. My son has same issue and lives in another state.

This is a problem related to Microsoft backend payment hand off to Vudu. Thanks everyone for the help but if you don't know how the app works please don't reply. Thanks!

Does an actual company rep ever respond or is this a community only help section? I have a feeling I need to call Microsoft so I can speak with someone who has actual first hand experience with their ecom systems.

We are all trying to help you figure this out. If it is only that app it is doing this, then it safe to say its the app causing the issue. Before making any other purchase in the app, try uninstall and reinstall the app.
