VPN for companion app

This also can depend on what your location is too as certain countries have certain applications blocked. I mention this because a VPN won't automatically grant you access to applications and websites that are blocked in your country. Certain VPNs tie this

here. Lastly, if you're somewhere like on a college campus which blocks items such as the app, usually they have systems set in place to block VPN usage.

Confirm trough windows update that you have the latest update of the OS, also try installing the Console companion app, if you are using VPN or an antivirus try disabling it
