    Blacklist on vpn

    I think Xbox Live blocks VPNs to prevent cheating and/or region hopping. There's nothing you can do. Maybe put your Xbox 360 in DMZ and bypass your VPN for just your console.

    Its perfectlt legal to turn off vpns

    What isnt legal is to use vpns to bypass international laws

    No vpns will help in your case nor can anyone help you as using one or suggesting a way to reroute access to content you arent supposed to have access to

    I wouldn't recommend using VPN's in the relationship with Xbox Live.

    Can you connect without using any VPN client?

    Many Internet sites block access to known VPN technology to prevent the circumvention of their region restrictions so ditch it and use the normal connection.

    I'm located in the Philippines. I have tried to use a VPN, but the VPN servers appear to be blocked by the site.

    Nevermind, turns out Microsoft is blocking the VPN server I was connecting to, or the server somehow can't connect to Xbox services. I was also blocked from accessing the Xbox app or the Microsoft Store on PC. Anyway, switching to another server solved
    it.

    I believe there may be a firewall issue blocking your access to multiplayer game servers since everything is fine with the xbox network on your computer.

    Or also this problem can happen due to VPN, see if you don't have any VPN installed on your computer, if you have, please uninstall.
