Vote to kick System

I prefer it to be and stay like how the Xbox Live Party system works on 360 where just the leader gets to kick. Sure you get some meanies who just kick you out, but start a new party, get a bunch of other friends and peps in it, and if they return, return
the favour by kicking them out. I don't consider Xbox Parties a democracy regarding who gets kicked out. It's fair enough that the host should get the privilege. You get some really nice hosts and some who are like, rrr wha'ts s/he like.

In my opinion, vote to kick can have its ups and downs. It's good when your playing with friends, but terrible when your playing alone. I remember all the times I got a swift kick from GTA 4 lobbies for no reason at all :/

Sometimes a "friend of a friend" might have good game, but is annoying as heck to hear talk. In that situation, I would much rather mute than kick; especially if they can hold their own. If it's a personal thing I have with him/her, why kick (if other people
are ok)? But as I said above, from my experience, annoying people don't usually stick around.

Overall, I support the ability of the party leader to kick, but I've had some (albeit rare) bad experiences with it - I would join a friend's party where their friend was in charge and that friend of a friend would kick me without even having the courtesy
of saying hello, asking me who I am, what I'm doing there, or who in the party I might already know (all of which are things I myself generally ask someone that I don't know who enters my own parties as a show of good will before making a decision). I find
doing those things is often a good way to start making new friends.

Party leaders do need the ability to kick someone out of the party. And my reasoning is... often times a friend in my party will leave longer than expected. His controller goes to sleep and then my party has to listen to ambient noise. Yeah we could all
mute him. But i'd rather kick him and then re invite him when he comes back.

Makes me think these problems are exactly why destiny requires a team of 6 friends instead of matchmaking.

Yea It was really annoying made me hate playing in public lobbies sometimes.

vote kick never works right. what if some body that you invite join the party with 5 friends and they vote to kick you out of your own party. It never works look at L4D2.

if someone im in a party with has an annoying(my opinion) friend join then I just mute them and act like they arent there...whats the problem in that?
