Vote On Repealing Enforcement on Private Party

  Is there anyway to repeal a policy that the Xbox enforcement team is allowed to suspend or ban people because of offensive language in a private party setting with friends. If my friends don't like what I have to say, they could leave the party or mute me.
  Being offended is subjective, what one may think is offensive another may not.
  
  What if I was quoting a main stream news story I heard about and it had offensive language in it like "grab her by the Pu$$y" or any other topic that adults talk about. I do not think they should enforce private parties because it's private for a reason!
  If I can't even talk to my friends like I do normally then that's not fun or comfortable. I'm here to have fun and relax but now I have to watch every word that comes out of my mouth regardless if I'm in a private party with another adult friend, Absolutely
  Ridiculous!
  
  Microsoft or Xbox or who ever needs to fix this problem. I pay a monthly fee and they are policing my own private party chat giving paying customers zero freedoms and losing more and more customers everyday because of it. Xbox enforcement has that much
  authority and power with ZERO ABSOLUTELY ZERO BACKLASH because we can't get a hold of them except for the one chance of a case review that they always uphold. All the online forum ambassadors and Xbox live support members get to deal with the enforcement teams
  problems because people come here or call them to complain and get answers BUT NO ONE EVER GETS THE ANSWERS THEY WANT! MAKE THE ENFORCEMENT TEAM TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR ACTIONS AND RECEIVE THE CONSEQUENCES THEY DESERVE!
  
  VOTE ON REPEALING THE ENFORCEMENT TEAMS AUTHORITY TO SUSPEND/BAN PLAYERS DUE TO LANGUAGE IN A PRIVATE PARTY CHAT!!!!!

For the record, calling support would be a waste. The enforcement team has no contact with the support agents and they would have no way of repealing a ban on their end.

Bowski is correct. Vote, as we've explained a few times that IS NOT the case. The Enforcement Team is in fact involved, thanks for not spreading false information. Yes people vote on them and yes there is input from the enforcement team.
