Voodoo Vince Remastered Rumble Problems (and A Question)

I tried checking the app but I didn't see any way to change the controls.

That makes sense, but oddly I could do everything else with the Duke, and when I tried controlling the game with the PowerA after starting it with the Duke, it wouldn't register because it knows that I'm using the Duke.

I also started the game with the PowerA controller as a test (I quit so that I could play the whole game with the Duke, because it just seems fitting) and the rumble worked properly, So that might be the solution (although, I have one more test)!

The issue you have does seem to be strange. It could be a power issue, but I feel like it might have to do with Voodoo Vince is a single player game. So it could be some kind of code within the game that only knows to make the first player rumble, since
it never expects there to be two controllers for the game.

For your other question, the game did not have any special content for it's release.

I don't have the app, but unplugging the powerA controller fixes it. I'd like to know why rumble goes off on the controller I'm not using so I could figure out what's going wrong.

I tried unplugging the controllers themselves from the cable and swapping them, but the Duke cable wouldn't fit the PowerA controller and trying to unplug them from the Xbox One itself would've been more hassle than it was worth, since I already completed
the game.
