Voluntary account suspension.

Is there a way I can voluntarily suspend access to my xbox live account and console for a set length of time? I was told to do this by my psychologist because my behavior on the console is inapropriate. (IE getting mad easily, and frequently) The only way
I can see my behavior improving is by suspending and/or banning my account and console.

Hi there,

the only option that could work, is if somebody else would remove your account from your console, place their own account on it and prevent set up the console that you can't add new/other profiles to that console.

Or for them to take your console away from you and keep it at their place.

Be sure that you can trust the person so they will return the console or change access when needed etc.

Thanks for coming to the forums. Unfortunately, there is no way of doing this in any manner. Along with any subscriptions also, we are unable to suspend or stop them you would need to cancel them if you have any. The best thing in this case would be let
a friend or family member hold onto the console. This would take it as the old expression "out of sight out of mind". I will go ahead and lock the thread as there is nothing more we can do.

previous thread, there is no way to suspend an account like that. Please refrain from creating duplicate threads.

for any new account the first gamertag change will be free in the first 30 days after account creation. After that all voluntary changes will have to be purchased.
