    I haven't been able to get any volume out of a headset even though I bought a new one. I used to get a light clicking noise whenever the volume in my headset was about to turn on, but I never get that anymore. The two headsets I have work perfectly fine
    with my iPhone and my laptop, but when it comes to my controllers, nothing happens. I have even tried using apple headphones with my controller. The controller also isn't that old, as it is one of the white ones. If someone has any advice it would help greatly.
    Any solutions?

    ESPN volume problem

    That happens with the cable companies. Commercials are always louder than the show to get your attention. It has nothing to do with apps or the console.

    Head Volume Problem

    For the life of me I can't figure out what's wrong here.

    I can't find the chat volume for my MS chat headset. When it's plugged into my controller, and I pull up the sidebar, when I go to the "gear" settings, it doesn't show any volume options. When I go into device options and select my controller, it reads that
    a headset is connected, but when I click volume nothing shows up. It just pulls up the normal sidebar with my friends, parties, etc listed on the left side.

    I've been all over Google and the Xbox site and can't find anything about this. I can only use the manual volume controls on the headset itself (where it goes into the controller), and even then, it's not that loud.

    I am so frustrated right now. It works fine on my friends Xbox, I walked him through on how to find it, then I realized, hey, I don't have it on mine.

    Volume Problem

    If no headphones and earphones are working with the controller, its likely an issue with the controller itself.

    Do you have another controller you can test the headphones with?

    Hey Scott! By the sounds of it when you pulled it out and it bent you could have damaged something may we know what you use to plug your headset into? Stero adapter or headphone jack?

    Hey Scott,

    This honestly sounds like there was some internal damage done to the headset port on your controller. Quickest way to test that would be if you had a second controller to test those headsets.
