    Volume on Xbox one

So I am trying to turn down the sound in the Xbox.

My TV isn't the best and even if I turn down the volume on my TV to the smallest that I can go before mute, the apps, the games and youtube videos on the app is really loud. There does not seem to be a master control!?

Where if any is the setting to do this, if any, at all, because it is driving me, my wife and my neighbours crazy when I am playing a game or watching a youtube video??? Even youtube doesn't have a volume button.....

    :)

    Limiting volume for child

Is it possible to limit the max volume on my child's Xbox one headset? Or are there headsets with limited volume available?

Volume controls are normally based on your tv they do have setting to fade volume for snapped apps though

If you are using a receiver it is probably a setting in there. Not much you can do from the Xbox itself.

    Xbox One Volume

    Hello Enza,

Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. Unfortunately, there is no setting on the console to "limit" how high/low the headset volume can be adjusted. You may want to submit this as an idea on our
Xbox ideas webpage. From here, your idea can be voted upon. Microsoft has implemented ideas from this page before in past updates.

    Hope this helps!
