    Hi,

    I have the same issue with both of my controllers. The headset is Turtle Beach. Works fine with my phone and laptop. Both controllers' batteries changes with fresh ones several time. No joy. Xbox and the controller software are up to date.

    One note, if I plug a simple headphone with no mic attached the sound works, right after that I switch to Turtle it won't work.

    Hello Harun,

    We understand that you're experiencing audio issues with a Turtle Beach headset on your Xbox One console.

    Our suggestion here, if this has occurred with more than one controller it might be best to ensure that this is not due to the auxiliary cable of the headset wearing out, that the space within the audio jack in the controller is clean of dust and other obstacles,
    and as a last resort in case this may come down to software that a soft factory reset be performed:

    Reset and keep my games & apps. You should use this option as your primary choice when troubleshooting. It will reset the OS and delete all potentially corrupted data without deleting your games or
    apps. This will save you from downloading or reinstalling the large game files.

    Note: This will remove profiles, so be sure to keep all information for signing into any/all accounts.

    Confirm this and if the headset is still not operating properly, it may need to be replaced.

    Let us know the results!
