Volume for Remote control error

ok could do with a genius here.

Our Sky TV remote and TV remote control have decided to stop working when the Xbox one switches on. When the Xbox is off both remotes are fully functional. They worked yesterday and nothing's changed. Don't know what to do? I've tried all the codes to input
in remote and nothing. Must be an XBOX issue as the TV remote also doesn't work.

My Uverse remote will not control my Denon AVR-2112ci volume

Unfortunately there is nothing blocking it. My Uverse remote will control the XBox volume but not receiver. The following is a link to a similar situation: www.avsforum.com/.../xbox-one-snap-tv-game-volume-control-issues

Smart Glass and all of my other remotes control the receiver volume without issue. The only thing I can think of is a bad remote code but I cannot find the code for my receiver to manually input to Xbox.

At a lost and frustrated not being able to use my Uverse remote for volume.

 

HP ENVY 32 monitor & Xbox remote control

Hello,

I own HP ENVY 32 monitor (with integrated speakers), XBOX one & XBOX remote control.

Unfortunately,I cannot control monitor speakers (neither mute, nor volume up/down) via XBOX remote control.

I cannot find working remote code etc.

Is there any way I can get XBOX remote to control the volume of monitor?

could be kinect acting up, cover kinect with paper and see if that stops it, if it does hard reboot your console and try then.
