    Volume adjustment not working with Kaira Pro


    When i connect my Razer Kaira Pro to my OneX, the volume level is stuck on about 1/3.

    After pressing the Xbox button and going to the audio settings on the bottom right, it says to change the Volume on the Headset or another device. I can't change it with the controller and setting the volume on the headset does not affect the switch on the console.

    Does anyone know how to raise the headset volume switch? What "another device" might help?

    Firmware is updated.

    I am in contact with the manufacturer, however my question why i cannot change the volume with my controller remains, as it would be an easy fix for my problem.
