"Volcanoes" isn't working in Classic Jigsaw

Discus and support "Volcanoes" isn't working in Classic Jigsaw in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Downloaded "Volcanoes" and it isn't showing the gold after completing the puzzle.     "Volcanoes" isn't working in Classic Jigsaw


    Downloaded "Volcanoes" and it isn't showing the gold after completing the puzzle. It does show that the puzzle was done but no gold added to my total. Went back to an older puzzle that had already been done once and the points were added after finishing
    that one. When I do complete a Volcanoes puzzle it immediately closes the game. Any ideas? Or other information that you would need?

    how do i get rid of puzzles once i've completed all in the group?

    If I've completed a'' puzzles in the classic jigsaw group, how do I delete that group? Classic jigsaw.

    Can you try removing the downloaded content, followed by a PC restart, and then download the Volcanoes content again to see if there's any change?

    Game not loading

    Having the same issue with mine -- had to stop in the middle of a classic jigsaw and shut down the computer -- when I reopened 8 hours later, Jigsaw will not load. Same issue that you stated.

    All other Microsoft games work -- just Jigsaw that is hung up
