    Void a suscription to xbox live


    I'm trying to cancel my sucription to xbox live gold, it tels me that it should send me a code and I don't received it. I waited few days, same issue. The systeme has the good e-mail because I'm always receiving a message that says my 1 month suscription
    is expired. I want to stop paiment as soon as possible because I don't play xbox live anymore.

    Can I exchange a 1 month Xbox live gold suscription reward for a 1 month of Xbox game pass suscription instead

    i do not know what happend with my suscription in xbox live gold!

    i have the suscription but the cnsole say you dont have the suscription in xbox live gold

    Sorry to hear you're having issues cancelling the renewal. Contact phone support by clicking the link below and setting up a call back from them. They will be able to shut it off for you.
