Voices of War Req pack (HCS Mixpot)

So I tuned in to Mixer on Finals Sunday and watched for awhile (on my account) and it's been a full week and I've yet to receive my MixPot. It seems like a lot of others are having the same issue. What do I need to do?

I've been told to post here, but I still have not received the Voices of War req pack from the mixpot after watching the HCS finals.
