Voices of War Mixpot reward

I watched the HaloWC Grand Finals through the Mixer App on my xbox, while signed into my account, which is linked to my xbox live gamertag account and I have not received the Voices of War Req pack as of now.

Since it's been over a week since the Championship Sunday, I'm posting here as requested in the FAQ.

So guys, I've not received the voices of war pack yet, I watched most of the rounds with my Xbox account linked to Mixer and it has been a whole week so...

Any help?

We'd recommend allowing one week following the conclusion of the HaloWC 2018 Finals for this content to be delivered as stated in the

MixPot FAQ

If you tuned into the stream, then let's have you hang tight for now and allow some time for this content to appear.

 

It has been over a week now. The HaloWC was on April 15th.
