Hello,

My account has recently been banned due to a message I had sent to another player. I feel as if this 2 week ban was an unjust and ultimately an unfair act upon me especially since the "victim" of sed message initiated the conflict and has no punishment himself/herself.
To elaborate on the issue, me and the "victim" participated in a ranked game of rainbow six siege. During sed game the "victim" made little to no effort to participate in playing the objective, continuously sabotaged me and the other players plans, and what
caused me to send the message was the fact he straight out killed me. This completely ruined my gaming experience and even though my friends were in the party chat attempting to help me, I still had to say something. Out of aggression due to the fact this
player had ruined my entire gaming experience (whether purposely or not) I sent him a message telling him how I felt. I told him he was "trash" and "kys". Although the trash comment may have been to far, I feel it was fair due to the bullying this player had
cause to me and my friends. The second massage was misinterpreted, I wanted him to kys in the game to make up for killing me. If he had done so I would have gladly apologised for my behavior and may have added him as a friend to help him become a better player.
Instead I get banned and cut off from all of my friends who are attempting to help me in my personal life over xbox ( pretty much the only way we can relieve stress and talk to each other is over xbox). I would understand if I got banned from messaging people
not on my friends list, people who didn't add me to their friends list, people not in my party, and making every party I'm in invite only so I can't talk to non-friended players. I would also understand not being able to direct message people (with the exception
of them initiating the conversation, just in case they can't or don't want to join the party chat and want to just say something real quick). I have had these suspensions before but they were all in similar cases. I'm not internally trying to bully or hurt
people, they are driving me to that point which in my opinion is worse then my reaction to them. One person I talked to ( who still never got acted upon) intentionally gets on xbox to trigger people because he knows nothing will happen to him but the people
he's triggering will get banned. Idk about you but that doesn't seem fair to me. Anyways, I would like my ban to be lifted if not altered so I can communicate with my friends and family. I would rather be permanently banned/blocked from talking to that person
rather then everyone including my friends. On a side not I personally think that this ban helps nothing and creates more problems, I believe it would be better just to force block the two players arguing for a short time or permanently rather then cut the
triggered player out of communications entirely. I feel this would help players segregate into appropriate groups to help better their gaming experience (like the personal rating bar already implemented), and it would allow people to better themselves and
better the community. Ultimately with less bans now and for the future. I would attach my nametag to this comment but since this is my first comment I don't feel comfortable doing so. If anybody would like it please contact me for it. Thanks you for reading

To see about submitting a case review, you would need to go to http;//enforcement.xbox.com If you haven't done so already, you would need to file a complaint on the other player via the console in order for the enforcement team to investigate them. It doesn't
matter how a situation starts. If you respond in a way that violates the code of conduct, you can be punished. In situations like that, it's best to just report the other person and block communications with them.
