Voice Studio Navigator achievement gaining no progress

Just decided to give input today for this app and I now have all the achievements besides the Navigator achievement. I noticed no one has earned this achievement in the past 2 days. Not sure what the issue is, but I've done over 10 sessions and even changed
languages and it doesn't seem to add any progress. I've read another person having the same issue on a different forum. I don't need the run down on troubeshooting. That never works. Just asking for the team behind the app to look into the issue. Thank you.

Achievements on realm not gaining progress

So I started a free trial for Minecraft realms for my family and I about 20 days ago.

Never have I activated cheats on said realm.

Today, I realized I haven't heard an achievement ding for Minecraft since I was playing solo on my own world.

I went and looked in my achievement list, and sure enough. No progress had been gained.

The first achievement I noticed that I had never gotten, was baking bread.

Which I know for sure I have done dozens of times in the last 20 days.

So I tested it again. I made some bread and waited, nothing.

So I logged out of that world and started a new world on the same seed.

Ran to the village, grabbed some wheat, made bread.... Bam. Achievement unlocked.

I went into the realm settings to double check I never accidentally turned cheats on, and it has never had cheats activated not even once. I started this map fresh even, so it was not a duplicate of another file or anything.

I have customer service/tech support working on it now.

They advised me to post here as well, for anyone else's input.

If I can copy that realms map, delete it, and remake it as a new realm. I will.

But I really would like the kiddos to be able to get achievements, as well as myself.

Preferably without starting all over again.

Achievement progress is not being recognized

There are multiple threads about achievement issues, but most involve delayed recognition of an earned achievement. My problem is that I am not earning achievements or gaining any progress whatsoever. My last recognized achievement was 11 days ago. Since
then, no achievements and no change in the progress bar for ANY game I own.

I have followed the forum advice from MS personnel including, clearing my cache, power cycling, removing and re-adding my account. I've done basically everything short of a factory reset. No joy!

Is there a solution to this, or a MS fix???? This is very frustrating!

 

The last person to attain this was on March 10th, 2015. Not sure if there was any updates that may have messed things up recently.

 

Still no fix or acknowledgement of the issue. No one has gotten the achievement since March 9th.

 

Any interest in fixing this?

Hey guys! Very sorry to see this slip under the radar! We have been actively investigating this for a week now, however there have been no updates on the situation.

There still isn't a fix to this yet? I just tried for a good 45 minutes and still 0% for progress.

I just started this app today and i am also having the same problem. I hope this is still being looked into and hopefully fixed soon

 

Still no word of an update! Why is this generation worse than the last? Less support and more unobtainables.
