i've watched hwc finals with my account linked on mixer but i didn't still received the voice pack

the halo 5 war voice pack I mean of course.

 

Im having the same issue with my account, i dont know what i missed because i watched the livestream on my xbox and my laptop. yet its been one whole week with no luck
